As an employee, you have certain rights under both state and federal law.
These rights, include, but are not necessarily limited to, the right to be
free from discrimination based upon:

• National Origin
• Reporting employer wrongdoing or illegal activities
• Taking leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Engaging in union activity
